Applying a standard equipment configuration to all conditions often results in equipment that "works, but not optimally."

Oasis Bingfeng's approach is: every unit is custom-designed according to the customer's specific cooling conditions.

After receiving a customer's inquiry, we first gather detailed information about their equipment parameters, required inlet/outlet water temperatures, site installation conditions, and local climate characteristics. Our engineering team then calculates the optimal tower type, coil area, fan configuration, and spray system parameters based on this data. We don't sell "what we have in stock" - we build "what you actually need."

Behind every custom design is rigorous quality control. Oasis Bingfeng has built an in-house closed-circuit cooling tower performance test platform. Every unit must pass testing on this platform before shipment, covering critical parameters such as flow rate, inlet/outlet water temperature difference, heat exchange capacity, fan current, and ambient temperature and humidity. Shipment is only allowed when all data meets the standards.

In addition, every unit undergoes strict hydrostatic testing before leaving the factory. The coils are pressurized with water, and every weld joint is inspected to ensure no leaks. All test data is recorded and fully traceable.

From raw material intake to finished product dispatch, every step has clear quality standards and inspection records. Non-conforming components never move to the next stage, and non-conforming products never leave the factory.
