Sizing isn't about flipping through a catalog and guessing a model. The reliable approach is: engineers first understand your actual operating conditions - circulation flow rate, required inlet-outlet temperature difference, installation city, local summer wet-bulb temperature, and site space limitations. With this data in hand, they calculate the right size with a reasonable margin. Guesswork leads to undersizing that can't handle summer or oversizing that wastes money. Tip Two: Look at materials, not just unit price.

The coil is the heart of a closed-circuit cooling tower. The coil material directly determines how many years the equipment will last.
