evaporative air cooler
The evaporative air cooler is a high-efficiency heat exchange device that combines air cooling and evaporative cooling technologies, and is widely used in industrial fields such as petrochemicals, electric power and metallurgy. Its core working principle is as follows: air flows through the outer surface of the heat exchange tube bundle of the equipment, the high-temperature medium inside the tube bundle releases heat, and at the same time, the spray water outside the tube bundle evaporates to absorb latent heat, achieving rapid cooling through the dual effect.
This equipment features a compact structure and combines the advantages of water saving of air coolers and high efficiency of water coolers. Compared with traditional cooling towers, it can reduce water consumption by 30%–50%. Adopting a closed-loop design, it can effectively avoid medium contamination and scaling, and is suitable for cooling high-corrosivity and high-purity media.
