Final Pre-Shipment Quality Verification
At Oasis Bingfeng's 26,666-square-meter production base, a counterflow closed-circuit cooling tower destined for a chemical industrial park in Jiangsu is undergoing its final pre-shipment procedure-hydrostatic testing. Quality inspection engineers are carefully recording every operational parameter using testing instruments.
Rigorous Testing Standards
"This unit utilizes our self-developed third-generation heat exchange coils," the on-site engineer explained, pointing to the equipment under testing. "The hydrostatic test requires raising the water pressure to 1.5 times the working pressure and maintaining it for 30 minutes without any leakage." The pressure gauge needle remained stable at 0.75 MPa, while the spray system formed a uniform water film, establishing a complete water circulation within the tower.
Meticulous Leak Inspection
Inspectors meticulously examined every connection point along the equipment, focusing particularly on coil interfaces and flange seals. "We require 100% of welds to undergo penetration testing," the Quality Director added. "This is crucial to ensure the equipment's long-term stable operation at the customer's site."
