We recently had the opportunity to tour the core manufacturing base of Oasis Ice Peak's closed-circuit cooling towers. The first thing that captures attention is the modern production facility, spanning an impressive 26,666 square meters. This vast scale underscores the foundation for its standardized, large-volume production capabilities.

As the drone ascends, an aerial view of Workshop #2 reveals a well-organized, modern industrial layout. Inside the workshop, the manufacturing process unfolds clearly: in the frame assembly area, high-quality steel is precisely processed and firmly joined to form the robust skeleton of the units.

3,The equipment pressure testing area

Components then flow to the semi-finished product storage area, awaiting the next stage of production. Quality is paramount. At the critical equipment pressure testing station, every heat exchanger unit undergoes rigorous tests to ensure absolutely no leaks during years of future operation, guaranteeing undeniable reliability.

4,The laser cutting area

In another part of the workshop, sparks fly gently in the laser cutting zone, where CNC systems guide lasers to cut precise component outlines from metal sheets. This is followed by the precision drilling process, creating holes with millimeter accuracy for subsequent assembly. In the equipment assembly area, all components converge seamlessly. Here, skilled technicians integrate them into complete, ready-to-operate closed-circuit cooling towers.

 

5,The finished product display area

Finally, the finished products are lined up orderly in the finished product display area, prepared for shipment. The last stop is the bustling shipping and logistics zone, where these units, embodying craftsmanship and innovation, are securely loaded onto trucks. They are then dispatched to customer sites across the country and the globe, providing stable and reliable cooling power for the green development of various industries.
