5x Speed – A Day in the Life of Cooling Tower Shipping
A customer left a comment: "Show us your full shipping process."
Say no more. Here it is.
We sped it up 5x and captured the entire journey - from packaging to dispatch.
6:30 AM. The loading area is already busy. This counterflow closed-circuit cooling tower is heading to Henan. It passed its final inspection just yesterday afternoon - all data up to standard.
Packaging is step one. Workers wrap the tower body fully in stretch film, add protective corner guards to prevent bumps during transit, then cover it with waterproof canvas and secure it with steel strapping. Every step follows a standard procedure - not for show, but to ensure the equipment survives the journey.
The forklift moves in. The tower is lifted smoothly and guided into the trailer. Anti-slip mats and shock-absorbing material are pre-laid on the floor. Once the equipment is in position, workers immediately start securing it - high-strength straps lock the unit down from all four directions.
"Every unit must be confirmed secure before leaving," says the loading supervisor, tightening a strap. "Especially for export - the equipment travels for a month on the road. One loose strap and it's a big problem for the customer."

After loading, the quality inspector does a final check on the model number and accessory list. The document package - including the product certificate, factory test report, and installation manual - is placed in the truck cab.
10:00 AM. The trailer slowly rolls out of the factory gate.
From customer comment to equipment dispatch - this is the routine. It's not a special arrangement. It's just another ordinary, busy day at Oasis Bingfeng. Every cooling tower shipped across the country goes through this same process before reaching the customer.
