The ammonia evaporative condenser operation is divided into two parts:
Air-cooled part: the ammonia fluid circulates in the coil of the ammonia evaporative condenser, the heat of the fluid is absorbed by the wall of the coil, and then the heat of the wall is discharged out of the machine through the fan on the upper side of the ammonia evaporative condenser. The heat of the fluid is absorbed by the wall of the coil and then discharged out of the machine through the fan on the side of the ammonia evaporative condenser.
Water-cooled section: When ammonia passes through the coil, the spray system is activated, and the spray pump sprays water on the hot and humid pipe wall and forms a water film, which absorbs a large amount of heat through evaporation (latent heat of evaporation). Part of the sprayed water becomes water vapour and is carried away by the flowing air, while the unevaporated water droplets fall on the heat exchange layer of the packing material and cool down before being collected in the water collection tank of the ammonia evaporative condenser for the next cycle. Ammonia in the ammonia evaporative condenser coil closed cycle, to ensure the safety of the cooling medium.
