Six Large Hybrid-flow Closed-circuit Cooling Towers From Oasis Bingfeng Are Poised To Embark On Their Journey To Vietnam

June 9, 2025 – Six large hybrid-flow closed-circuit cooling towers from Oasis Bingfeng are poised to embark on their journey to Vietnam. These massive industrial equipment pieces, embodying the wisdom of Chinese manufacturing, will traverse mountains and seas to deliver reliable cooling power to a production line in a major industrial park in Vietnam.

The shipped cooling towers represent Oasis Bingfeng's latest masterpieces, tailor-made for Southeast Asia's hot and humid climate. The units employ a highly efficient counterflow design. The heat exchange core combines high-quality copper tubes with specialized aluminum fins, working in concert with an intelligent spray control system. This enables stable and efficient cooling performance even under Vietnam's characteristic high wet-bulb temperature conditions. The tower structure features double-layer protection using corrosion-resistant composite materials and galvanized steel plates, effectively resisting salt spray corrosion in coastal areas and ensuring long-term, stable operation even in harsh environments.

"These units are destined for a newly built steel processing center in Vietnam," stated the Technical Director of Oasis Bingfeng at the shipment site. "Through in-depth analysis of local climate conditions and water quality characteristics, we performed targeted optimizations on the heat exchanger materials and spray system, significantly enhancing the overall energy efficiency of the equipment."

To ensure transportation safety, the engineering team designed a custom reinforcement plan for these "giants." They utilized 3D simulation technology to pre-plan lifting points, employed polymer anti-vibration materials to protect key components, and implemented multi-angle steel cable securing to ensure the equipment can withstand the various challenges of ocean freight. Every step of the loading process was documented by assigned personnel, achieving fully traceable quality control.

This marks the third shipment of large industrial cooling equipment from Oasis Bingfeng to Vietnam this year. With the continued advancement of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, Chinese-made industrial equipment is gaining trust from a growing number of Southeast Asian clients due to its exceptional performance and reliable quality. To date, Oasis Bingfeng products have been exported to numerous countries and regions worldwide.

This shipment of cooling equipment, expected to arrive at Haiphong Port, Vietnam in late June, will stand as a new testament to Sino-Vietnamese industrial cooperation.
