Customer Visit: A Tour of the Oasis Bingfeng Closed-Circuit Cooling Tower Factory
At nine in the morning, a business van pulled up at the gate of the Oasis Bingfeng factory. Out stepped the procurement manager and equipment engineer from a chemical company in Hebei. Their purpose: to inspect the production capability of closed-circuit cooling towers firsthand.

The sales manager led the customers into the workshop. The first stop was the raw material area, where magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets were neatly stacked alongside stainless steel coils. The procurement manager picked up a sample sheet and examined the cut edge closely. "Why isn't the cut edge coated with anti-corrosion treatment?" he asked. The sales manager replied: "Magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated steel has self-healing cut edges - a protective layer forms automatically after cutting, so no extra coating is needed." The customer nodded and placed the sample back.

The second stop was the welding area. Several welders were performing TIG welding on coils, with uniform, smooth weld seams. The equipment engineer bent down to watch for a moment. "Do you do non-destructive testing on the welds?" he asked. The workshop supervisor answered: "Every weld goes through three checks - self-inspection, peer inspection, and specialist inspection. Critical welds undergo 100% penetrant testing." The engineer straightened up without a word, but his expression was visibly more relaxed than when he first walked in.

The third stop was the assembly area. The customers saw a hybrid flow dual-inlet closed-circuit cooling tower being assembled - coils neatly arranged, all bolts in stainless steel. The procurement manager counted the coil rows and asked several questions about airflow and spray volume. The sales manager answered each one.
The final stop was the testing area. A newly assembled closed-circuit cooling tower was undergoing hydrostatic testing - the pressure gauge held steady, and the spray system formed a uniform water film. The customer looked at the equipment and asked, "When does this one ship?" "Next week," the sales manager replied.

As the tour ended, the procurement manager said one thing: "Before I came, I looked at quite a few companies online. After coming here, I have a clear answer in my mind."
After seeing the customers off, the sales manager returned to his office. He knew that today's visit was worth more than ten quotation sheets.
