A Bolt in The Workshop

In the assembly workshop of Oasis Bingfeng closed-circuit cooling towers, Master Li and Master Zhang are fastening bolts on a hybrid flow dual-inlet closed-circuit cooling tower.
The two work side by side, coordinating with each other. Master Li aligns each bolt with the hole, makes sure it's straight, and threads it in lightly. Master Zhang follows up with a pneumatic wrench, tightening it to the specified torque. One after another, in smooth rhythm.

It's not a complicated task, but it deserves the same level of care as any other step. A bolt may be small, but it affects the stability and sealing of the entire unit. If it's not tight enough, the equipment could loosen during operation. If it's over-tightened, the threads could be damaged. With years of experience, the masters rely on feel - and that feel is the standard.

All the bolts on this hybrid flow dual-inlet closed-circuit cooling tower are made of 304 stainless steel - corrosion-resistant, rust-proof. Even after years of operation in humid or coastal environments, they can still be easily removed for maintenance. The customer may never see this detail, but Oasis Bingfeng knows how much it matters.
In the Oasis Bingfeng workshop, every action follows a standard, and every bolt has its place. This is the daily routine - and the foundation of quality.
