Three Weld Checks, One Bottom Line
In the production workshop of closed-circuit cooling towers, the most unremarkable step often determines the longest service life of the equipment: welding.
A single cooling tower can contain anywhere from several hundred to over a thousand welds. Every single weld is a potential risk point. Good welds mean the equipment runs for eight to ten years without leaks. Poor welds mean that just months after installation at the customer's site, problems appear - coil leaks, system pressure loss, production line shutdowns.

That's why Oasis Bingfeng's standard for welding is simple: every weld must pass three checks.
Check 1: Self-Inspection. After finishing a weld, the welder inspects it himself. He checks whether the weld bead is uniform, and whether there are visible defects like porosity, slag inclusions, or undercuts. This step relies on experience and skill. A qualified welder knows immediately whether a weld is good. If it's not, it's reworked while still hot. Only when it passes does he move to the next weld.
Check 2: Peer Inspection. A colleague from the same team and workstation checks the weld. Two sets of eyes see more than one. Sometimes, when you've been welding for a while, you get used to your own work and don't spot issues - but from a different angle, a flaw becomes visible. Peer inspection isn't about finding fault; it's about catching problems early, before they move to the next stage.
Check 3: Specialist Inspection. A dedicated quality inspector uses proper inspection tools to perform a professional check on the weld - weld appearance, dimensions, and the absence of micro-cracks. Only after passing this final check does the weld move forward.
Only after all three checks are passed is the weld considered. Then comes pressure testing - the entire unit is pressurized with water and held for a sufficient period to confirm there are no leaks. Only after passing the pressure test is the equipment cleared for packaging and shipment.

Only after passing all checks does it undergo pressure testing. Only after passing pressure testing is it shipped.
It sounds strict - and it is. But that's how Oasis Bingfeng has operated for twenty-four years. Welds are invisible quality - once the equipment is installed and the casing is closed, the welds are hidden from the customer. But when leaks happen, the problems become visible. So we don't rely on luck. We use three checks to turn luck into certainty.
Every weld is a promise. We weld it strong, so our customers can use it with confidence.
